At The Happiness Project, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. If your purchase doesn't bring you joy, we are committed to making it right through a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely repackage your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
